While I am not a vegetarian I still seek healthy meat free alternatives that are a good source of protein. These fit the bill and can be used in so many ways. They are crunchy, tasty and satisfying. On their own I have enjoyed them as a quick on the go snack. I have also found that the texture takes my soup and salads to a new level. It was also good in my oatmeal. It is a great addition with at least 15 grams of protein in each package. And they come in a nice variety so you won't get bored.
This is such a great idea, could keep these in my desk, my car, especially helpful when I am traveling. So often, you get sick of eating yet another protein bar. I can think of so many times I would use a product like this.”

These are so tasty and deliver a great crunch and I couldn't stop snacking on them, even after adding them to a salad. I've always loved seeds and beans of all kind and think this is a better substitute for snacking and they will definitely perk up a bowl of soup.
Finally there are people doing something positive for vegetarians!! I rarely go out for dinner because the choice is so limited, but with this product, everything changes!!”

As a vegetarian I'm always looking to boost my protein intake so these are a nice addition to my pantry. They add a nice crunch to my salad and were easy enough to add to my vegetable soup. I keep a couple of packs in my car for when I'm on the go and don't have time to stop for lunch. I love that they are individual packs for convenience.
I love these. I know you are supposed to add them to salads or additions to other foods but I actually eat these as a quick snack throughout the day or a fast pick me up after a workout. I think they are flavorful and satisfying. I would recommend these and buy again!

I've been so obsessed with salads lately! It's been my go to every single day for the past week after work. Lovin trying out new toppings as well (I'm all about that crunch). Romaine lettuce topped with @vegetarian_trvlr toasted bean blend (the perf crunch), sweet baby bell pepper with some roasted broccoli on the side (made with @chosenfoods avo oil). Squeezed some fresh lemon over top for the dressing this time - so refreshing!
